Our mission is to provide hope, healing, and an opportunity for transformation through art therapy services and wellness programs.
Our Approach
The Art Lab Rx approach is strengths-based, goal-oriented, and integrative. We employ best-case practices with proven outcomes including art therapy, traditional talk therapy, positive psychology and Adlerian psychotherapy.
We believe a therapeutic relationship is successful only when all parties are engaged and fully participate. Our part, as therapists, is to keep up with new training and research to provide our clients with the most current approaches for transformation.
