Approach to Clinical Supervision

Lisa uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach to create an active, collaborative clinical supervision relationship. She guides supervisees through both the clinical and administrative aspects of the therapy practice.

In my art therapy practice, my clients are in partnership with me as we seek to enhance their lives. I bring my expertise as an art therapist and they bring their expertise about themselves. I use this same approach as a supervisor. I bring my expertise to the supervision experience and you bring your expertise about yourself along with your ideas and goals.
