Art Lab Rx provides art therapy services for veterans and first responders through individual sessions and in collaboration with partner organizations. We do not operate a standalone veteran or first responder program. Services are offered when coordinated through referrals, agencies, or organizational partnerships, or when provided as individual art therapy.
Our role is to provide clinically grounded art therapy that supports emotional processing, coping, and resilience within clearly defined therapeutic boundaries.

Services are tailored to the individual or organizational context and are guided by licensed clinicians.
How Services Are Provided
Art Lab Rx offers art therapy for veterans and first responders in the following ways:

Services Through Partner Organizations
Art therapy services may also be provided through:
- Veteran service organizations
- First responder agencies or departments
- Nonprofits or community organizations
- Referral-based collaborations
In these cases, art therapy is delivered within the structure and oversight of the partner organization. Art Lab Rx does not represent these services as independent programs.
What to Expect in Art Therapy Sessions
While each session is adapted to the individual or setting, art therapy typically includes:
Participation is flexible, and no art experience is required. Sessions are facilitated with attention to emotional safety, autonomy, and respect.
Service Delivery Options
When coordinated through an agency or organization, sessions may take place within the organization’s facility, using an appropriate private space.
When appropriate and coordinated with a partner organization, our mobile art therapy studio may be used to increase accessibility and reduce logistical barriers.
