Becca Manthe, MA, LAMFT, ATR, is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist who returned to Art Lab Rx in 2026. A graduate of Adler Graduate School (2023) and previously an intern at Art Lab Rx (2021-2022), she specializes in eco-arts climate-aware therapy.
Therapy sessions focus on holistic healing, incorporating creative arts, music, movement, and nature. Becca utilizes contemporary frameworks and methods, including the Expressive Therapies Continuum, Polyvagal Theory, Systems Theory, mindfulness practices, Nonviolent Communication, EFT Tapping, and more to support clients in achieving their treatment goals.
Becca offers strengths-based, eco-centric, neurodivergent-affirming, couples, families, and groups. Her expertise covers traditional mental health concerns alongside specialized support for eco-anxiety, climate grief, and polycrisis distress. Supervised by Lisa Lounsbury, MA, LMFT, ATR-BC, Becca provides services at Art Lab Rx in Blaine, MN, and via teletherapy.
Beyond her clinical work, Becca is a community advocate at the intersection of climate change and mental health. She founded the Nature-Connected Professionals MN (ncp.earth), a professional networking and community group for those who center nature in their work, and she provides ecological stress and grief workshops for agricultural workers in Minnesota. She is the Minnesota Regional Coordinator for the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America , and an active participant on the CPA-NA Agricultural Committee.
